What is a good place to camp without a quiet hour in nh or a close surrounding state?

All the guys are finally back from college so we are looking for a good site to spend out memorial day weekend. ive been trying to find a good place where we can kick back and have some beers, or maybe be a little rowdy and play some good old drinking games. for the most part im just looking for a party friendly, or at least a lenient place to set up a tent have have a good weekend. oh and maybe some girls our age might make it a little better also, but not a must. thanks for the help
