What is the name of the movie?

It's an English movie and I watched it with my cousins 3-4 years ago. It's a scary movie about a lady murdering people using puppets. This lady is the stepmother (?) of the protagonist and she murders his father and uses him as puppet. This lady can talk without moving any part of her face/neck area. She kills the protagonist's wife using a puppet that looks like dracula(?) {This is how the story begins}. etc. I can't remember the name of this movie. Help please!
