Where can I find someone who can make a "Sesame Street" style puppet of me?

I own lots of weird stuff. I want a puppet that looks relatively like me because I think it'd be cool. I don't really need a complicated one that moves around or anything. For the most part this bad boy will just be sitting on my desk.
