Will I still graduate?

Due to some personal issues, my GPA dropped significantly last semester, and I am slightly underneath 2.0. In order to get my GPA back over this semester, I needed in my three classes: A, B, B. I got an A, B, and had an 83 in my class, which is technically a B-. I asked the teacher if he could please be lenient and give me the B so I can graduate...and he said no, and gave me the minus grade. My GPA is now 1.98. Does that mean I don't walk?
